This was one of the best cupcakes I've ever made! (Or ate!) Ginger, yes ginger, cupcake with lemon cream cheese frosting. This will definitely make the final menu for our little cupcakery. After baking this little success I am really feeling inspired! I can't wait to show y'all what we'll be up to next!
